After the owner completes the elevator installation acceptance, they enter the 12 month product warranty period of Dior.
During the warranty period, we will regularly send professional maintenance personnel to the owner's elevator site for periodic maintenance.
The detailed maintenance items are shown below.
A. We perform maintenance on each elevator twice a month.
B. Submit an elevator maintenance report to the owner every three months.
C. If the owner has special requirements for the operating time of the elevator, Dior should fully consider and strive to meet the owner's requirements.
D. Any issues that arise during the warranty period shall be corrected within 24 hours.
During the warranty period
We will replace elevator components that are damaged during normal use for free.
At the elevator usage site, we will prepare some frequently used vulnerable parts for emergency use.
After the warranty period expires
Spare parts should be provided to ensure that elevators within the building continue to operate in a safe and ideal manner.
After signing the maintenance contract, we will provide the owner with normally damaged elevator components at a discounted price.
